Smartphones have taken away some of the needs of having an actual camera. This is because people carry their phones around all the time so, a smartphone camera is more accessible.  Iphones take away the actual experience since people are looking through their phones instead of with their eyes.  Also this means that the value of photos that photographers take are lessened and less appreciated.  Using an Iphone won't give people the good quality they could have with an actual camera. Especially if you print out a picture from an Iphone compared to a camera the quality is much better printed when from an actual camera.

semester reflection

This semester I started out doing really good and then my effort started lacking.  I could have put more effort in and for next semester I want to try new locations of where I take pictures.  For next semester I need to turn my work in on time.  I also need to work on having more compelling images instead of taking pictures near the same location every time.  I would participate during class and use my time wisely but I should have worked more after school hours.  I should start thinking outside of the box and think of more creative ideas.
